New Officers and Governors Elected at Conference |
Ron Sanert of Greenview advanced to the office of president at the ISAA annual meeting on Nov. 1. Randy Filer, CAI of Davis as president-elect, Don Crist, CAI of Danville vice president, and Joe Orwig of Toulon was elected to a second term as secretary-treasurer.
District Governors elected to three-year terms were Kevin Bunte, CAI of Elgin (District 2), David Brooks, CAI, CES of Hanna City (District 4), Michael Stanfield of Charleston (District 7) and Bobby Britz of Divernon was elected to a three-year term as Governor-at-Large. District 9 seat is vacant pending appointment.
Alex Belcher, GA of Buncombe was shown appreciation for his leadership as 2009 president and will continue on the Board of Governors for one more year. Retiring District Governors George Malsam of Wheaton (2), Terry Wilkey, CAI-AARE of El Paso (4), and Roger Hertenstein, CAI of Mt. Vernon (9) received plaques of appreciation for their service on the board.
