Hall of Fame Nomination

ISAA Members are invited to submit nominations for the Hall of Fame. The coveted honor is bestowed at the Fall Conference each year.

Open the attached pdf form and return it to the ISAA office by August 1. Hall of Fame members will meet August 8 to select the inductee(s) for this year.
